I’ve read about the benefits of meditation for years, but fail to do it consistently. I don’t even have any good excuses. I like to say that I’m too busy, but the reality is that I spend more than 10 minutes a day on social media. I expected to have more free time during the quarantine, but it seems like I’m even more wasteful with my time.

I found this Reader’s Digest article that detailed how Leila Najafi started to meditate during the quarantine. It was uplifting to read how it benefited her, and was the motivation I needed. It’s also great timing because Headspace is offering free premium content right now.
