Did you know that “Write in a journal” is the most frequent habit pursued in BetterSelf?

Personally, I struggled to start a journal. The only way I can do it on a daily basis is with the help of The Five-Minute Journal. However, there are times when I need something deeper. When I repeat thoughts in my head, such as worrying about COVID for example, it helps to get my thoughts into a blank journal. For me, once I get my thoughts onto paper, I relax because I quit repeating the negative thoughts.
